How could the lorry driver hit biker Hazel Ng purposely along the expressway?

The incident happened near the Stevens Road exit along the Pan-Island Expressway (PIE) heading towards Changi, last Friday afternoon.

It was caught on an in-car camera of a vehicle that was traveling behind the lorry and the bike.

A netizen, Mr Liew Yew Leong, then uploaded the footage onto Facebook, "on behalf of video owner Aaron Ng".

It has gone viral on youtube.
