When will it increase the frequency for service 39 especially during the morning and evening peak hours? When will it introduce double-decker for this route?
Service 39 is always extremely packed at bus stop 77031 in the morning. Passengers are standing at the steps of the entrance to the bus throughout the journey. Some people cannot even board the bus at all.
