Cat A COE prices for cars up to 1,600cc rose slightly from $55,399 to $56,001, while Cat B COE prices for cars above 1,600cc fell from $60,001 to $58,190.
Cat C COE prices for goods vehicles and buses ended at $44,890, down from $45,289. Meanwhile, Cat D COE for motorcycles rose from $6,158 to $6,201.
Cat E Open COE prices for any vehicle type also fell from $61,300 to $58,801.
