Possible Solutions SingTel Fibre Broadband Disruption
















1) Turn off your modem for at least 2 mins for it to do a hard reset (Make sure all cables,power source are unplugged)

2) If step 1 did not work,press the reset button on your modem for 5 seconds and it'll reset manually


3)If both step didn't work,turn off your router too and also wait for 2 mins


4)If all these steps above did not work at all,go to your router webpage (e.g 192.168.5.5) and reconfigure settings.


5)Still not work then call singtel.
