VERDICT
Across the board, M1 offers the best deals over a two-year period even though the upfront cash payment for the iPhones are higher than SingTel and StarHub in most cases. This is offset by M1's more affordable plans, which adds up to some cost savings over two years, reported Hardware Zone.
