His quick thinking and his big following on social media helped to reunite a lost little boy with his parents.
Mr Matthew Zachary Liu, 24, was at a bus stop on Ho Ching Road in Jurong West around 4.45pm on Sunday afternoon when he saw a toddler clad only in diapers and a pair of slippers.
