Two Nanyang Technological University undergrads majoring in broadcast forked out close to $10,000 each to fund their $26,000 final-year project.
On top of $1,600 worth of grants from the school, Miss Cecilia Ang and Miss Charlene Yiu had to work and joined video competitions to fund their 24-minute film Purple Light.
