US carriers have started nailing down the release dates and prices of Samsung's new flagship phone, the Galaxy S 4.
AT&T Inc has started taking pre-orders, and says phones will be shipped starting April 30. It's charging US$200 for the base model, with 16 gigabytes of memory, under a two-year contract.
