A total of 4,170 new flats have been launched for sale under the February 2016 Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise, HDB said on Wednesday.
The flats are spread across three projects located in two non-mature towns, Bukit Batok and Sengkang, and Bidadari, a mature estate.
This is the first BTO exercise of the year, and is the first tranche of a total of 18,000 flats planned for the whole year.
In addition to normal flat types, both 2-room flexi and three-generation (3Gen) flats are also offered in this exercise.
