The S$9,545,480 Toto draw on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2016, has been won by one System 7 Entry lottery ticket.
This prize money was snowballed over the past three draws.
The winning numbers are 7, 8, 17, 39, 46, 49, with additional number 13.
The last time a top prize that was comparably large and won by a single ticket was on March 12, 2015. The amount was S$8 million.
The largest ever Toto prize was S$12 million on Feb. 27, 2015, but it was split between two winning tickets.
