COE for small cars up to 1,600cc and 130bhp closed at $46,651, down from $51,301 two weeks ago.
Prices for big cars above 1,600cc or 130bhp ended at $38,610 from $50,089, making it the lowest in six years.
Open COE, which can be used for any vehicle type dropped from $51,000 to end at $44,001.
COE for commercial vehicle went down from $46,502 to end at $45,036 while motorcycle premium went down from $6,512 to $6,503.
