At a community event yesterday, PA chief executive director Yam Ah Mee said Ms Laura Ong Hui Hoon was a " very good staff" member.
He said that he felt "so sorry for her" and urged the public to give Ms Ong "space to move forward" to address her issues.
Why is there a need to feel sorry for Laura Ong? Shouldn't we feel more sorry for Mrs Diane Palmer?
