A statement from the Prime Minister's Office released today said that Mr Lee was admitted to Singapore General Hospital yesterday after experiencing a suspected "Transient Ischaemic Attack (TIA) associated with a prolonged episode of atrial fibrillation (i.e. irregular heartbeat)."
