A Texas woman gave birth to four baby boys on Valentine's Day, but they're not quadruplets.
They're two sets of identical twins, and they were naturally conceived - a one in 70 million chance.
The four brothers were delivered at 31 weeks to Tressa Montalvo, 36, via Cesarean section at The Woman’s Hospital of Texas in the US.
