A video, showing a woman who apparently sounds her horn loudly every morning so she can get to her usual spot at the carpark of Bedok South Block 65 to pick up her son from St Hilda's Primary, has been making its rounds on facebook.
Things came to a head on Friday when residents shouted at her to stop the honking, and the police were called to the dispute.
