A parking attendant used a ballpoint pen to scratch a driver's car bonnet, and then claimed that it was because she had run out of summons paper to book him for parking illegally.The incident took place on Jan 29 at Balestier Towers.
In light of the incident, a spokesperson for Wilson Parking wrote:
"We regret to hear of the incident that occurred. The matter is of a serious nature and being investigated by the Police.
